We definitely got our monies worth from him. He spent countless hours doing showings of the old house, showing us new houses and once we went into escrow meting inspectors, repair people, etc so we could go to work. It was the selling that was such a massive headache and Joel was there for *every* step of the way and did an *outstanding* job trying to make the best of an extremely difficult situation. Without getting into the details, Joel will probably tell you it was one of the hardest deals he ever got done. But he never once lost his cool, and he was extremely reassuring and effective in everything he did. He provides excellent advice based on his years of experience in the industry and makes most other agents look like novices in comparison. Joel meticulously combs comps and twice predicted sale prices for my homes within 1.5% of the sales prices! Few know their business as well as he does. What I like most about Joel as an agent is he never steered me towards homes at the more expensive end of my price range, nor did he urge me to accept offers for less than what I wanted as a seller.
