I had reached out to a Facebook group requesting information on best areas to buy a home and Joel reached out via messenger offering to help us find our perfect home. Joel was in red patient and knowledgeable. He took me to see as many houses as I wanted to see and was very responsive every time I reached out with questions. I would recommend him over and over. ZillowVERIFIED I tried selling my house by myself, Joel was the first one to contact me. He came in and proved to me why I should list it with him, even after I had convinced myself of not needing a realtor. The house sold in 6 hours of it being on the market. He picked a great selling price. I was nervous that I wasnt going to be able to find a house that I liked in the price that I wanted. Once again I was proved wrong, Joel showed us about 8-9 houses before we found the one we wanted. He never tried to hurry us or push us towards a house we didnt like. Even after being in our current house for a couple of years now we still like looking. Joel continues to send us houses for sale that we might be interested in, even though the chances of us moving again In the next couple of years is highly unlikely. Yet he still shows us his dedication to his customers by continuing to look for us. I would refer Joel Connor to anyone in the Des Moines to use him. His knowledge of Houses around the area is impressive especially in Beaverdale. Ive lived in Des Moines my whole life, Joel has only been in the area for a couple of years. His knowledge of all the areas around Des Moines shows his dedication to his craft and his customers. You will not be disappointed if you use Joel.
