I have known Joel Conner for many years and have really admired his dedication and passion for real estate. I know his knowledge and work ethic, combined with honesty and a no-nonsense approach would suit my needs perfectly! Joel has outstanding knowledge of all areas in the metro. He walked us through every step of the process and was very proactive in every situation. I knew he had my interest in mind and I felt confident in trusting him throughout the transaction. He went above and beyond from advising us how to best sell our existing home and making the transition smooth to our new home. I don't plan on moving again but have recommended Joel Conner to friends and will continue to do so. We are so grateful! Overall the experience was very positive and Joel took the guesswork out of the process and kept us very informed. When making such a huge decision and purchase you need someone who is knowledgeable that you can trust. Joel Conner was the perfect fit and he's the best realtor in the Des Moines metro!!
