Joel, Ken, and Autumn helped us purchase our first home between November 2022 and January 2023. Needless to say, it's a harrowing time in a harrowing market to be buying your first home, and having this team at our side made 100% of the difference in helping us make confident decisions, stick to our timeline, and maintain the necessary sanity to get through the process. This was actually our second go--we first attempted to purchase a house in December 2020 but didn't find the market to be right for us at that time. So the Camachos have shown us a lot of listings, and they've been incredibly patient with us; we always knew that when we were ready to return to the market, we wouldn't want anyone else representing us. Obviously every experience buying or selling a home is so different, and you'll face obstacles or surprises that are different from what weA encountered. But what's so important is having a solid team that not only has the experience to help you think ahead and anticipate setbacks, but they're so responsive and organized in a way that allowed us to react quickly and maximize our resources. I don't think I've ever sent Joel a question and not had him reply with a text or one of his signature audio messages in an hour or two. More than once, I've sent Autumn a ridiculous number of listings, only to have her schedule all the available ones for viewings over the following two days. Her sense of timing is impeccable--I recall many car rides home from a long afternoon of viewings where my husband and I remarked to each other that we had just the right amount of time to get to each listing and stay on schedule. They're just such professionals; it makes everything better. Once we found theA house that was "The One," they helped us to pounce quickly and held our hands through the negotiation process. It ended up being pretty difficult to navigate, and we were so thankful to have the Camachos in our corner. We've been living in our new home for about 6 weeks now, and though it's been so much more work to get here than we could have imagined, we're so happy. We love our home so much, and when eventually it comes time to think about moving on to the next one, the Camachos will be our first call. My husband and I are right around the age where our friends who live in this area are all starting to buy their own homes or at least think about it. We've heeded a lot of warnings from friends who had lukewarm realtors. "Don't believe this," they'll say, or "Make sure you get a second opinion on that." To be honest, I always feel so smug. "I trust my realtor with my life," I half joke. I just couldn't imagine going through this process with any other team. At this point, I've recommended Joel, Ken, and Autumn to everyone I know and like, and now I'm recommending them to you. They're a real estate dream team, but even more so than that, I think you'll just be very glad to know them.

KenaEUR~s work was very outstanding. He was a fantastic individual to lead the sale of my fathers property. He did everything professionally to get us through the probate sale.
