Joel and Kandi are very knowledgeable realtors. They are Arizona natives so they know the valley very well. The best part of the service they offer is taking care of things for their clients after the homes close. This is especially helpful for out of town clients. We were in a different state when we bought our house and didnt have to come to Arizona once when our house was being built. Joel checked on the progress along the way, it was very helpful for us.

Kandi and Joel are the best! We have used them for two home purchases and now for a home sale and we wouldn't think of using anyone else! We used them in 2016, 2018, and now are using them again. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and super on top of everything!
