ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend to the Zalabak team to anyone...they will give you whatever time you need to look at houses. They go above and beyond! It was such a pleasure working with Kymberley. I showed interest in looking at houses through Zillow and she was the first agent to respond, and within 24 hours. She set up at date and time to meet with her and to look at houses. I was given a folder with lots of handouts and paperwork that answered pretty much every question I had. She was with me every step of the way...from getting an inspector to helping find a mortgage officer at the bank. We drove all over town looking at houses. I told her sort of what I was looking for and she came up with a great list of houses! It only took 2 trips around town before I found my dream home. She was always available by email or text if I needed something or had a question. Not only is she professional, she is a very kind and honest person. She will work hard for you and listen to all of your needs. She even met with me the day that she got back from vacation so that I could do a final walk-through of the house! And I have to add that the assistant in the office, Kaitlyn, was emailing towards the closing date, keeping me in the know and making sure that I was doing my tasks that I needed to do to close. Once we agreed on a short list of houses (that I had seen through video calls) we organized a one day visit to see them in person and he was even able to accommodate a house that was recently listed. Everything he detailed in the calls was truthful and the warnings on the state of the houses was accurate. The professionals he recommended were all top notch.
