We almost lost hope to find the house with our specifics, until we met Joe. He had been the best experience in so many levels: 1) How accommodating he had been to our specific needs throughout the entire process. 2) How much patience he had displayed, without rushing us at any point (this was what sold our souls to him in first place!) 3) Amiable and approachable at all times; you never feel like intruding with the most basic questions. 4) On the peak of the craze house market, unlike virtually all other people we knew that were in the buying market too, we?d never felt rushed at all. (most agents just want a quick turnover) 5) An outstanding professional, and most importantly, the ideal partner when advocating for you house to be sold adequately. We cannot recommend Joe enough; not only as a Real Estate agent, but also as an outstanding and trustworthy person in this crucial time of your life. No doubt, he is one of the BEST Real Estate professional you can ever find! We been living more than a year in our beautiful house, and we cant thank Joe enough for making our dream come true.

ZillowVERIFIED Joe was very helpful as I worked to narrow what I was looking to buy. We worked together over 2 years on and off as I went through the process. His knowledge while prices were escalating and how to negotiate during that time was great. Further, by the time I found the right combination, Joe was the right person to deal with when the market had changed because of rising interest rates. He was able to get an above asking price for the home I was selling even as prices and transaction numbers were falling. I plan on using Joe again in the future as my real estate needs progress.

ZillowVERIFIED Started with a different agent, couldn?t get anything done as far as deals or even consideration. Due to it being mid Covid ? May-Aug 2020? previous agent gave me the impression it was due to pandemic and the market. Gave up on buying. Was recommended joe by a friend, gave him a shot completely different experience. Long story short, started with him in August.. closed on the house I wanted October 2020... very smooth process, got concessions from seller, and a few up grades. No complaints my way!

That was not the case with Joe! Joe understood from our first conversation that I was not in a rush to purchase a home. Instead I wanted to wait until I found something that I was completely sold on before I went through the process of getting a pre-approval because I knew that the home buying process would probably be longer than I expected. Joe was ALWAYS attentive to my needs and responsive. We viewed TONS of homes until I actually found the perfect home for me, 3 years later! ZillowVERIFIED Joe was the 2nd Realitor we worked with. So judging between the 2 from my personal experience Joe gets 2 thumbs up, if I can rate higher I definitely would. His response was on time. We would text him on a listing we saw on Zillow and he would let us know immediately that he would request a viewing. We were pre-approved for fha.... Joe did not limit us on listings that was only accepting FHA, whatever we wanted to view he help that became possible. He did not give up on us. We haf a struggle finding the right lender that fitted our needs/requirements Joe was patient and NEVER made us feel unimportant or like we was just another number. We did not receive that type of treatment from the Realitor we had prior to working with Joe. He was available 24/7 and that was good because this was our 1st home 1st time in the home buying market. We had tones of questions alone the way and he made sure to remind us any questions we have he was available any time day or night. It's was wonderful working with Joe & I would recommend him to anyone that care about the type of person helping them make one of the biggest decisions of their life.
