ZillowVERIFIED First I'll have to say that she is really accommodating to my schedule. My schedule is crazy and she was able to plan around it. Then she was able to explain step by step what we needed to do and was fantastic about it. This was my first home and I was really in over my head. But Karen made sure to let me know what we needed to do to get the deal ready. Plus her husband Joe knew what to look for in the homes for good maintenance and structural issues. He found a good few things that instantly saved me from making bad choices. When I mentioned my budget they went to work. I was getting emails with dozens of local properties in the areas I wanted to look at. I picked a few from the list and set up times to check them out. When I walked into my now home, I knew I was in love and they made sure to explain what needed to happen. Helped set up inspections, making sure if anything needed to be done, and explaining what it meant to close. Now a year AFTER I bought my home. Karen sent me a text inviting me to a thank you event at a local apple farm and it was a lot of fun! Then a month later gave me a HUGE pie for Thanksgiving. I will 100,000% use them in the future when I need to get a bigger home when I start my family. I couldn't have been happier!

Joe did a great job of guiding us through the various areas around Collegeville, Skippack, Harleysville and Royerford that we were interested in. We felt comfortable going with him because of his extensive knowledge and experience buying and selling homes in the area. His availablity and flexibly were second to none and even though we know we weren't his only clients he certainly made us feel that way. I also have to give a shout to his support team as they made sure we were prepared for moving by providing contact information for the transfer of utilities and other little things that were the last thing on my mind leading up to closing.

Our selection criteria was very strict and emphasized a balance of high business acumen, depth of knowledge of the local and regional market, aggressive but fair negotiation skills and a thorough appreciation of family values. His sales figures demonstrate him being one of the best in the area. Joe came highly recommended and met all of our expectations. He was everything one could ask for in a realtor; fair, honest, aggressive, realistic, exceptionally helpful, knowledgable and fully appreciative of family considerations during showings. With Joe's guidance, we were able to sell our house for full asking price after approx 15 showings in 2 weeks. If anyone were to ask for a recommedation for a good realtor, I would more than recommend Joe and his team, I would insist they interview him. Joe will more than prove himself from that point on!

I was interested in taking advantage of $8,000 first-time home buyer's credit but hadn't found an agent of my own. I explained my situation to Joe and even though the initial property wasn't for me he expressed his interest to serve as my agent and the very next day offered me choices of other homes in the area that he thought would fit my needs. Within a month he had negotiated a great deal for me and I was in his office signing the closing documents. The day we moved in he brought pizza and beer for me and everyone helping me and has kept in touch ever since.Not only is he an incredible person but he is excellent at what he does and treats his profession like a art.I would recommend him and his team to anyone.
