Joe Sullivan

Joe was raised and attended school in Fonda, NY. After graduating from Alfred University with a degree in Business Administration, he started his career with Rochester Telephone. Joe and his wife, Deb, returned to the area to raise their family in 1989, where he continued his career in telecommunications. Deb was a CPA and worked locally as the Controller for a local manufacturing company. He was a business owner and has been active in many organizations, including the Fulton Montgomery Regional Chamber of Commerce (Past Chair) and is a founding member and current Co-Chair of the Sacandaga Protection Committee. Joe and Deb lived in Mayfield for 30 years, and recently moved to Northville. Joe and Deb joined CMK in 2015 because of CMK's commitment to outstanding service, and is excited to join Howard Hanna. Howard Hanna gives us the platform to provide an even higher level of service as Realtors. Deb and I understand the importance of providing outstanding customer service and making that perfect match.
