Joe did an outstanding job guiding us through the sale of our home. He carefully studied our home and compared it with other homes in our area to come up with our asking price. He suggesting a three day open house instead of a traditional weekend open house. That suggestion worked perfectly as we had multiple offers for our home. Joe was a great help in our search for a rental property. We wanted to invest in a classic Buffalo double. We looked at properties on the West Side, and found a very tight market, and nothing worth the asking price in our price range. We wanted to buy a property and improve it, but not revive it from the dead! Joe was very responsive showing us the properties we wanted to see, and explaining things about the market (e.g. trouble with absentee landlords and the abysmal conditions they leave in their wake), and provided excellent information on reasonableness of price, possible rents, etc. We felt no pressure, and he was really there to help us scope out our ideal property, which turned out to be in a location we had not originally considered. I would recommend Joe to anyone looking to buy in Buffalo, who wants the voice of experience at their side. Thanks Joe!

If I could rate him more then 5 stars I would!! Let me first start by saying that I have used Joe on both of my home purchases, and he has helped my sister, brother in law and countless friends purchase their homes. There is no person I trust more in real-estate. Allow me to elaborate a bit on what you can expect when Joe Sorrentino Jr is your agent. First, and most obvious when you first meet him, he is a genuine, caring and accommodating man. You will feel like you have his undivided attention, regardless if you are buying, selling, have a budget of $75k or $500k. He is there to help you every step of the way. He explains every step in the process and makes you feel comfortable before moving on. We all have, no doubt, heard the horror stories of home buying. I have to conclude that none of these happened with Joe as the agent. Through out the process, Joe is honest, up front, and never pushy. If it isnt right for you, then it doesnt work for Joe. At no time during my home buying experiences did I ever feel that I was being pushed in a direction I didnt want to go. Joe will be open and honest about each property, be the first to point out flaws and be the first to walk away if just not right for you our your family. He knows the Market better than anyone I have ever talked to, and he knows how to maximize your buying/selling ability. Joe will do everything in his power, including some very creative negotiating and dealing to get you the house of your dreams. I will continue to refer all my friends and family to Joe, and will look to him for all my future real-estate needs.
