Joe was the most amazing realtor. He helped my husband and I navigate buying our first home, and he did such a great job! He made us feel comfortable, helped advocate for us, and was extremely knowledgeable. He was always so reliable, got back to us quickly, and helped us find the perfect home! Joe was an excellent partner & advisor throughout both the purchasing of our new home and sales process of our existing home. Its because of his aggressive nature on our behalf as our buyer agent that we landed our dream home purchase by him getting us into the house first when it fell through with the previous buyer & he secured the deal before we left, ensuring that the next showings were unnecessary. As our selling agent, Joe was always in communication & worked to provide valuable consultation, get useful feedback from other realtors post-showing & was accessible via phone, email & text at almost any hour. Always going above and beyond Joe also never hesitated to lend a hand in doing spot repairs, helping move things or providing expert advice.In short, he was like working with a relative / friend who actually knew what they were doing & handled all the details, ensuring that our best interests were represented & turning what could otherwise be a stressful situation was relatively seamless. Joe was super responsive to my every request and went out of his way to find me a house in my price range. I had a really short deadline to close and a seller that was kind of flaky but somehow he made it happen. He even went back after closing to make sure the final repair work was actually complete while I was out of town. Highest possible recommendation.
