I purchased a single family home with Joe as my agent and he did an amazing job. He was ahead of any issues that may come up as you are in the process of purchasing and was helpful with local contractors since we were from out of state. He took the time to get to know us and suggested beaches we would like to visit since we loved going to the beach. If I sell my home and purchase another Joe will definately be my agent again.
