After having Joe as our realtor to help us get our house 2 years ago, I decided to look for a place to lease to start up and run my business out of. I of course asked Joe since he made the home buying process so smoothly! He helped me find the perfect space in Philly, and guided me through the whole leasing process. He also just helped my brother with getting his perfect starter home! I would recommend joe to anyone who is looking for someone who makes the home buying / leasing process super easy and straightforward. I couldn't be more happy?

We initially thought that we would not hire a realtor to sell my father's house after he passed away, but we reluctantly decided to hire a realtor. We were referred to Joe, and he did a fantastic job. He was in constant communication with us and was very attentive to every detail. He organized well over 25 potential buyers the first weekend we listed it. I was so happy we trusted his recommendation for pricing. He provided a very nice summary of all of the offers, which helped us to make a quick decision. It sold within 2 days of the listing. I can't say enough how happy we were that we decided to hire Joe. There is no way I could have managed all of the details nor get all of the foot traffic that he got us. I highly recommend Joe. His experience, attentiveness, and management are well worth his fee.
