My elderly parents had lived in California for many years, and we were in the middle of a major transition moving them to live with us in Georgia. There were so many moving pieces happening at once, and one of my biggest worries was how long it might take to sell the house and whether we would run into problems along the way. Joe completely exceeded our expectations. He had a clear strategy from the very beginning, and the results speak for themselves: the house sold essentially over one weekend, and we closed escrow within about a month. What could have been one of the most stressful parts of our move ended up being one of the smoothest. What impressed me most, though, was not simply how quickly Joe sold the house. It was how he handled everything from beginning to end. He was knowledgeable, responsive, patient with all of my questions, and always seemed to be thinking a few steps ahead. He is extensively experienced without being pretentious. Joe is very tough when he needs to be. For example, during negotiations and while keeping everything on track, I was very grateful for this when things started to go sideways (none of which was our fault). At the same time, Joe guided me honestly and thoughtfully through selling my home. One of the most significant advantages of having Joe on your side is his extensive network of contacts. He seemed to know everyone from escrow to title to insurance and had great working relationships with these people. ZillowVERIFIED I knew that we would be working with Joe some day after we met with him about 3 years ago to consider selling our investment property in Whittier. I took note at that time that he was responsive, organized, and had a system in place to not only be able to market our property...but to also reach potential buyers using emerging technology and social media. Looking at the current real estate market, we decided that now was the time to sell, and we immediately reached out to Joe and his Team at The Manjarrez Group to discuss a game plan. Joe was very knowledgeable of where the market was at currently, and we discussed several strategies for reaching our goal and how to go about selling our home.I let Joe know beforehand that I don't need a sales pitch, and that I didn't need to be coddled with every detail of the process. I informed him that both my wife and I are very busy with what we do, and that I expected him to represent us and get the best deal possible on our behalf.
