ZillowVERIFIEDJoe Lopez is perhaps one of the best people I have ever met. As a realtor, I could not ask for anyone better. To begin, I'm living in NY looking for a place in Florida. My friend, who lives in Florida, reached out to Joe, who immediately called me. He asked what I was looking for and immediately began to send me some possibilities. He asked when I would be down to Florida. When I arrived, Joe met me at one of the places he looked into. While it wasn't what I wanted, Joe continued looking and sending me other possibilities. When I found one I liked, Joe helped me with getting a price that was fair to me. I went back to NY, and Joe continued to follow up on the property I was interested in. He made sure the seller took care of any issues I had, sometimes going to follow up numerous times in a single day. Joe helped me find a Florida mortgage agent to help finance my property. When time of final walkthrough arrived, Joe was there with me, looking to find any issues in the home. He pointed out quite a few to me (some of which I probably wouldn't have even noticed) which the seller rectified. Since I was in NY for the closing, Joe went to pick up the keys for me and deliver them to my friend in Florida. I worked in a field where I tried to exemplify great customer service.
