Joe did a great job throughout the process on my property in North Augusta. He stuck to his processes and helped me get what the property was really worth. Had to navigate a few push backs from our first buyer and he was able to handle it all smoothly and get us to the closing table with the best buyer for the property. Would recommend to anyone looking to sell a property in the area.
