ZillowVERIFIEDSubsquent to my mothers death over a year ago, Joe was our real estate agent (after interviewing 3 agents, Joe was our choice) and supervised the showing and sale of her house. Since I live out of state, I relied on Joe to prepare the house for sale, to present it to buyers and their agents, and to guide me through the entire sales process. Joe was masterful in all he did. The house sits on 6 acres of land, and there was a lot of preparation for sale. He helped negotiate the highest possible sales price for the house and patiently guided me in the completion of all the necessary paperwork to close the sale. He is compassionate, very knowledgable, and easy to work with. I have no hesitation in giving him my highest approval and recommend him to anyone seeking an excellent real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot say enough high praises for Joe. Joe sold our home (twice) and we interviewed many realtors before we knew he was a perfect fit for us. When you are looking to sell your home (or buy) you really want someone who is more than just a realtor. You need a strong negotiator, therapist and a researcher. Anyone can hold an open house, but can they come to the table and negotiate the important details so that both parties feel good about it? Once the sale happens, thats when the stress can start. I cant tell you the number of times Joe would be that therapist who took the time to listen and calm our nerves as well as speak reason to us. Finally, you want someone who knows the market and the trends..like a hegemonies fund manager..Joe was amazing at that too. Highly, Highly recommend!!
