Joe has a good sense of humor genuinely cares when it comes to working for you and that is why we have worked with Joe on listing and recently purchasing a home. When you work with someone that has a reputable reputation and has been in the community for a long time, it pays off. We would still be looking for a home if Joe didn't have the right connections. This time he represented both sides of the deal which can challenging and got us all where we needed to be in about 5 weeks plus an early closing.
