Community Involvement

Joe has been attending World Outreach Church since 2001 and is active in the church. He loves to serve our veterans who have served our country, and he prefers to support local charities doing work right here in Middle Tennessee.

HOBBIES/INTEREST

Outside of real estate, Joe loves to do work on and around his house and five acre property. He is dedicated to regular exercise - he's been doing bootcamp-style workouts with the same group of people for nearly 20 years. A bourbon and cigar afficionado, you can find Joe at least 1-2 times per week enjoying a good whiskey and fine smoke on the porch at his house.

Joe and Dionne...this crew is fantastic! We werent sure what what to do with anything about selling then buying a home but these two made it sooo easy for us! They really do treat you like family, and I dont know about yall but that means ALOT to me. They handled everything with kindness and respect with NO PRESSURE!! I had to sell my home in order to buy one, in todays market that was scary for us because we didnt know where we would go..BUT Joe and Dionne helped us find the dream home and get a contingency on it while we sold ours all in 4 months. WOWZA..unbelievable!!! They truly are the bestest (yes i said bestest) that anyone could ask for..so please if youre looking for a realtor THIS IS YOUR CREW!!

Joe and Dionne were nothing but professional, courteous and patient and I value their honesty, integrity and expertise. I know that sounds like marketing speak, but they truly were and we all know how difficult it is to find professionals in any field who embody those characteristics. So when we do, it is like finding GOLD! By combining their knowledge with that of their trusted contracting vendors, they provided their expert assessment of my extreme fixer-upper and three approach options. I ultimately decided not to pursue those or to place the house on the market, and instead sold to an individual. Even knowing they were not going to make a dime for their time and effort, Joe showed his earnest desire to continue helping by giving feedback and advice on ensuring the protection of my interests in the sale and closing. I wholeheartedly recommend Hafner Real Estate! They are a full-service agency and serve the entire middle Tennessee area. Just the two of them?! They seem to be a couple of power houses, after all.

We had a great experience with Joe and Dionne in a tough Middle Tennessee sellers market as a buyer. The team from Hafner Real Estate was very responsive, ramped up and narrowed the search when needed, and definitely were knowledgeable about the area. Getting a contract out was quick when needed.
