The first time we spoke with Joe on the phone, he spent a good hour or more to get to know both my husband and I, answered our questions, provided a wealth of data about the current economy during this time, factors we should consider for the future, and shared a ton of information on the different residential areas we were considering and areas we had never thought of. Not once did we feel rushed through any step of the process or felt like we were being led into the wrong direction. Rather, he opened our eyes and educated us on what he is a subject matter expert on, real estate and the neighborhoods of Naperville. With all of his knowledge, we were able to narrow our search from multiple suburbs to a few select neighborhoods in North Naperville that would best suit our family needs. Everyday of our search, making offers, and leading up to closing day, he worked tirelessly, always making us feel like we were his priority and he cared. The customer service from Amy, Client Care, was quick, responsive and detailed. Overall the team made an overwhelming process for us smooth and enjoyable. ZillowVERIFIED Selling our home was the easiest, smoothest process. Amy was communicative on what the next steps were and hooked us up with a stager (who's advise was very helpful). They scheduled an open house the first weekend the house went up and that proved to be the best method because 1. They created hype because our house was flooded with people the full 2 hrs and we had multiple offers. Ended up selling for over asking! We also bought a new home with Joe Graham. We are now in a neighborhood we adore and it was a very smooth process. Would highly recommend for selling a home! They are a very well oiled machine ;) and very kind.

After working with another realtor for a year (who basically did nothing for me to help me sell my house), it was random chance that I connected with Joe through a website one evening during a very emotional time in my life. I had been widowed at age 27 and had the overwhelming task of trying to sell my house. I had bought my house at the height of the market and was trying to sell it just two years later when real estate was in big trouble. Joe didn't look at me as a dollar sign or paycheck. He listened to my situation, empathized and comforted me in a time when I didn't know which end was up and developed an individualized plan of action that would best suit ME, MY finances, MY future, MY house, not his own bank account. He never failed to take the time to explain to me the process while we listing and showing my home. He was prompt in returning emails, phone calls, and texts. We met in person numerous time to go over paperwork and adjust the plan we were taking to try and sell my house. He didn't always just talk about the house though, he talked about real life, asked how I was doing, how teaching was going and how my students were. He shared how his own kiddos and family were doing. He recommended great resources and offered great support the entire time we worked together. We looked at probably 50 houses and Joe was never aggravated or impatient with our time consuming and exhausting search.
