Joe was an absolute asset to our home buying process! As first time homebuyers, we were completely lost and had no idea what we were doing. On top of that, we're a military family buying a home from the opposite coast, sight unseen. Honestly, I dont think we wouldve had the confidence to move forward without Joe. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the areas we were considering and helped us figure out exactly what we were looking for. Joe also pointed out key details we hadnt even thought about, like the age of the HVAC system, the roof condition, and more. What really stood out was his availability, he made himself available almost anytime, regardless of the 3 hour time difference, even if it meant late nights on his end. He patiently answered all of our questions, sometimes more than once, always with a positive attitude and genuine care.
