ZillowVERIFIED I recently sold my house with Joe Farinetti as the realtor. From the moment we started the process, Joe was always available to answer my questions. He introduced me to other members of his team just in case he wasn't available, but that never happened. He explained the selling process and what I should expect early on so there were no surprises. The day before settlement I ran into a major problem when I discovered an item on the inspection report, for which I had agreed to have repaired prior to settlement, had not been repaired. I was certain settlement would be pushed back and called Joe in a panic. He was able to calm me and advise on what would happen next. He called back shortly after, and to my amazement had worked with the buyers agent to come to an agreement that facilitated settlement on the originally planned date. I was amazed with his performance as a realtor and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, efficient, and honest realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Joe was energetic, knowledgeable and busted his butt to sell our old house and purchase a new one. He and the Black Dog Team were on top of everything from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure our house was properly staged and photographed before we pulled the trigger and hit the market, and when we did, it was EVERYWHERE! We listed in one of the worst time of the year, and Joe and his team still pulled off the sale of our house. When it came time to close, we had some restrictions on our end that he and his team made sure were no problem. We couldn't recommend Joe and Black Dog enough.
