Since I was selling from out of state, I was hesitant to choose someone I did not know - but so glad I went with Joe. From beginning to end, Joe was responsive, professional, and did everything he possibly could to make sure the transaction went smoothly. He is on top of his game when it comes to being knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate. One of the most valuable things I appreciated, was his honesty. I had had some less than honest experiences prior, so I was cautious. He did what he said he was going to do every time. Additionally, he was able to bring a multiple offer situation (during the covid shutdown!). Since I was selling from out of state, he also went to my house regularly to check on the plants and the house. He's a great agent and I would highly recommend him.
