She was overall the best experience to have as an agent especially since this was my first time buying a home. She knew all her stuff from the market to helping us with lowering the closing cost by negotiation to not having to put so much down. She knew so much she even knew more then my lender did lol. She was the best we told her we wanted to move out our place in a limited amount of time she said she?ll find us a place that we love before our lease was up and she did just that. I first met Joe about two years ago, when I was looking for a house to rent. I thought he was the owner not the realtor. We got to talking about my living situation and at the end of the conversation, I was no longer looking to rent, but to buy.
