Ali was willing to assist us with all types of inquiries, from scheduling home visits, to answering questions, even when she was busy, you can always count on a follow-up from her. She gave us a list of houses to look at and researched on ending dates for bids. If we didnt like a house, she would give her honest opinion and we didnt feel any pressure from her to push us to buy. When we finally did win a house, she helped with all the paperwork and communicated all the steps necessary to finally close on the home. She was overall the best experience to have as an agent especially since this was my first time buying a home.
