Joe Cummings brings decades of experience in successful competitive entrepreneurial business pursuits to his award-winning real estate representation. Since his transition from a nationally ranked guest ranch he founded in 2000 to real estate he has achieved top producer status in each of his years of real estate service. His first year was awarded Rookie of the Year Accolades with a record setting sales pace. The foundation of his winning skill set is rooted in a deep honest work ethic he learned growing up on his family's cattle production ranch in Stevensville Montana. An award-winning athletic career as a full scholarship D-1 athlete at the University of Wyoming with a President's list GPA culminated in making it in the NFl to play for the San Diego Chargers and Buffalo Bills. Joe is very comfortable in a competitive environment which has served his clients extremely well in negotiations and the inevitable problem solving that occurs in real estate representation. Joe Cummings is a renaissance man. He has been a professional athlete, musician, ranch owner, Montana outfitter, English major, real estate advisor, photographer, award winning videographer, hunting consultant, coach, and advised on many mergers and acquisitions in the outdoor industry space. This wide breadth of life experiences makes Joe a valuable asset to his clients. Joe communicates at a high level in a team environment where he is rated as a five star reviewed realtor. After professional football Joe returned home to Montana to start up and grow Missoula River Lodge which is a nationally recognized boutique guest ranch on the Clark Fork River near Missoula Montana. Joe created the startup business plan, implemented marketing, content creation, construction projects, and reviving the ecological diversity of that riverfront property. Joe has a deep resume of working with complex projects and a history of satisfied partners in wide variety of pursuits. Today, Joe still owns Missoula River Lodge after putting leadership for that business in place and has the honor to work with Engel and Voelker's as a member of the Ranch Advisory Board and Professional Athlete's Board. One of Joe Cummings' passions is music. He spent a number of years playing out in the Missoula music scene on the bass, guitar, and singing vocals in a number of bands around town. Currently he is playing in his home studio or by the campfire as a life hobby. You'll always see a guitar in his downtown Engel and Voelker's office that get picks up to play as a way to think and relax during breaks in the workday. Talking vintage guitars and music theory with clients is a diversion he enjoys. He spends his time off with his wife Tammi, his three daughters, and son enjoying the best Montana can offer to the outdoor oriented family.
