What I really appreciated about Joe was right at the beginning, after our first meeting, instead of trying to get us to sign an exclusivity deal with him like other agents, he offered to meet with us and walk us through the entire home buying process, answering our questions and making it easy to understand. From that point on he was always very responsive and patient with our (sometimes dumb) questions. He has a lot of experience and it shows, especially in comparison to dealing with other agents. It was not easy looking or buying during COVID with inventory low and demand still high but he stuck it out with us and gave us great advice for offering in this kind of market. We were thinking about it for a while and decided to go ahead. When we got offers they walked us though everything. We had one offer at first and unfortunately it fell through at the fault of the buyer's, but luckily we got another one in right after and managed to close escrow quickly. We did think it was going to be hard because of the condition of the home, but it was in a decent part of San Diego. it needed quite a bit of work but they managed to get it done and off our hands.
