Joe recently helped me sell my Father's home in a Trust Sale while I was living out of state. Joe was professional, knowledgeable and able to negotiate on behalf of the Estate brilliantly. The house was full of contents and he even arranged for it to be freshened up with paint, professionally cleaned, emptied, (then staged) and sold the home within 3 weeks of it being on the market.
