About Joe Bourland

As a graduate of Arizona State University, Joe has called Arizona home since 1997. Joe's love for investing and real estate started shortly thereafter as he quickly learned how building wealth in real estate is attainable at any age. When the real estate market crashed in 2008, Joe quickly pivoted to working with short sales, foreclosures and REO's. He used what he learned during this phase to start The Bourland Real Estate Team and has been in the top 1% of agents nationally year after year. The Bourland Real Estate Team is made up of dedicated, highly educated realtors who thrive on providing our clients with world class service. Joe has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, countless real estate podcasts, is a repeat speaker on real estate mastery panels and has served as a director of the local Board of REALTORS. When not working, Joe enjoys spending time with his two college aged sons, traveling with his wife and attending local industry events. Joe has a passion for the Ronald McDonald house in Phoenix and Los Angeles and donates a portion of each commission to The Children's Miracle Network.

We had an unusual schedule due to work conflicts and Morgan was more than willing to accommodate the situation. Once we found our potential first home, she referred us to a great inspection team that found many undisclosed safety issues with the house. Needless to say, we were glad to discover these issues early and walked away. As we kept searching for other homes, she made herself available for walk throughs, even during the evening hours on a weekday so we could see it before a scheduled open house. Once we finally found our ideal home, she was with us through the entire purchase process, all the way to closing and receiving the keys the same day, which was appreciated.
