Joe Bourland is a results-driven real estate leader who founded The Bourland Real Estate Team in 2005, fueled by a deep commitment to helping others succeed. Originally from California, Joe is a proud graduate of Arizona State University and has since built a life and business rooted in Arizona. Under Joe's leadership, The Bourland Real Estate Team has grown into a nationally recognized powerhouse, consistently ranking in the top 1% of real estate teams across the country. The team is known for delivering exceptional client service, built on a foundation of trust, education, and professionalism. Joe has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, highlighted on numerous real estate podcasts, and invited to speak on top producer panels nationwide. He has also served as a director with the local Board of REALTORS(R), further solidifying his influence within the industry. Giving back to the community is a cornerstone of Joe's mission. Each year, his team hosts a highly successful Annual Coat Drive, collecting and distributing hundreds of winter coats for children in the Peoria, Arizona school district. Joe is also a long-time supporter of Ronald McDonald House Charities in both Phoenix and Los Angeles, having personally been touched by both. Outside of real estate, Joe enjoys traveling with his wife, supporting his two sons in their endeavors, and staying active in local business and industry events.
