We brought him in for an interview, and after feeling great about how he explained the whole process to us, we selected him to represent our sale. We could not have made a better choice. He worked with us incredibly well, was extremely responsive and worked very diligently to market our home. He is super knowledgeable about the market. Unfortunately, as we moved out of state, we probably wont be needing his services ever again but if we ever did return to Connecticut, we certainly would select Joe to help us find our new home. He came prepared to our initial meeting with neighborhood information, facts about our property and predictions of sale. He was realistic and honest. ZillowVERIFIED We are very happy to have had Joe as our realtor. He certainly knows how to market a property! The listing went up at 11:15 pm on a Tuesday, and we had four showings on Wednesday! The photos he took and displayed I the online listing were accurate (no deceiving wide angles that would have led to disappointed lookers). He was willing to give us two hours notice on showings, and apparently worked nicely with the other realtors because as far as I know they were happy, too! He was upfront about the fact that he was going to be out of the country for a month, but assured us that his team would be working on our behalf, and they, too were terrific! By the time he returned we were under contract, but he had been in touch even from afar and came back without having missed a beat. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone thinking of buying or selling in lower Fairfield county.

ZillowVERIFIED Joe is an amazing person. This is the backbone of what makes him such a good realtor. He genuinely cares about what he does and the people he does it for. Working with him was an amazing experience. He detailed what are expectations should be; then he told us how to execute to meet those expectations. He also helped provide the extra people we needed to meet what was required. The experience we had was excellent. We sold the house in a very short time and with a minimum of angst. He never wasted our time. He'd call and set up a showing. We'd show it. And then he'd schedule another. We spent no time analyzing what went wrong. He just kept finding clients to look at the house and increasing the numbers of people who viewed it. He used modern techniques not clunky, wasteful open houses that wasted time and strained tempers. Joe was always positive and kept us from worrying too much. When we did sell the house he spent lots of time with us and the lawyer and the buyers' agent to make everything smooth. This included last minute nonsense that we couldn't do that he just did for us. If I ever had to buy or sell a house again Joe would be the agent I would call FIRST. ZillowVERIFIED Joe is hands down the best realtor I've ever worked with. I was interested in a wide variety of cities ranging from Stamford to Milford, and Joe had deep expertise in each market. When we started, he invested a great deal of effort to not only understand what I wanted, but to help me iron out specific criteria that allowed us to narrow down, and ultimately purchase my dream house. Also, his responsiveness is second to none. If he wasn't able to pick up when I called (which was rare), I could expect a call back within the hour. He constantly catered to my schedule, and managed to always schedule visits to houses almost regardless of the amount of notice I gave him. When it came time to make an offer, the process was painless and efficient. Joe provided his opinion on the home's actual value (which I came to realize was pretty much always spot on), but ultimately he would construct the offers based on my desires.
