Chris is not only ann amazing realtor, but after this experience I can say hes an amazing therapist, he gives great advice, and my wife and I love him! The process was actually so quick and clear with Chris that I'm a little salty because we had so much fun touring houses with him! When we were considering selling our home, we contacted a couple of our friends who were realtors, some of whom had helped us in the past. Additionally, we received a flyer in the mail from Joe and his group. We brought him in for an interview, and after feeling great about how he explained the whole process to us, we selected him to represent our sale. We could not have made a better choice. He worked with us incredibly well, was extremely responsive and worked very diligently to market our home. He is super knowledgeable about the market. Unfortunately, as we moved out of state, we probably wont be needing his services ever again but if we ever did return to Connecticut, we certainly would select Joe to help us find our new home. He and his team are amazing.

Years ago Joe helped me to find an apartment, and I'm so happy that I contacted him again to help me find a house. There wasn't a lot of inventory and houses were selling quickly. When we found one we liked, Joe got us inside the next day. We put in an offer within 24 hours and it was accepted quickly. Joe gave great advise on a reasonable offer to make. We contacted Joe after seeing many of his listings in our neighborhood in Norwalk which were selling over asking price. He came prepared to our initial meeting with neighborhood information, facts about our property and predictions of sale. He was realistic and honest. He was extremely helpful in preparing us how to stage our home for viewings and what we could expect. He did an excellent job working with his contacts on amazing photos and advertising. He was extremely responsive to all communication with us. Our home had multiple offers within the first week on the market. We accepted an over asking offer. He then assisted us in finding a new home in Ridgefield. Joe was on time to all of the showings we had scheduled all over Ridgefield. He made sure he was educated in the pricing in the area and advised us accordingly. He was able to use creative strategies to make our offers the most enticing in the highly competitive market. He was great with recommendations of inspectors who were knowledgeable and gave us honest feedback and did great with negotiating with sellers. Joe in essence did all the work we did not want to. He was thorough, explained things well and was understanding of our needs. We are in a perfect home now! Thank you Joe! We would continue to recommend Joe to others!
