ZillowVERIFIED Sales representatives in all industries get bad reps when they are desperate to close a deal. However, Joe was in a league of his own. We saw just over a dozen houses, each of them he accommodated the best he could to our schedule. He met us at various times and days of the week, which made logistics very easy. Joe also took the time to understand our needs and wants and gave us his analysis after each house. This analysis was a fresh perspective that came from having knowledge of the area and listening to his clients. Patience is definitely one of his many strengths as he expressed the need to wait for another house if he sensed we werent all in. We closed on a house that we have no buyers remorse and Joe was the cornerstone in facilitating it. He gave an analytical response to overcome the fear of first time home buying and his own testimony that for a mentor-type response. I couldnt be more blessed to have worked with Joe during this through corona and first time home buying. He worked well with the sellers, the sellers' agent, our attorney and the lender. I believe it is crucial to be able to work in a group setting and communicate effectively, which I definitely took for granted. He provided an enjoyable experience and a better destination.

I appreciated that he was not "pushy"about me waiting to list my home until I was ready, but stayed in touch and made sure to provide me with pertinent information. Joe made me feel like a human being and not just a sale that he was trying to make. I was blown away at how communicative and responsive Joe was with every step of the process. He was kind,patient and professional. I had a lot of questions! ZillowVERIFIED Joe Ariano is a true professional and a very hard working guy. We were introduced to Joe by a family member. We were living in Arizona and planning a move back to the Chicago suburbs. We needed a realtor who was going to be accommodating to us starting our home search while still out of state. Joe did an excellent job with this. One of the things I appreciated the most about Joe was his quick responsiveness to my text messages and making himself available for showings. He took my mom, dad and brother to see many homes for us while we were still out of state and provided us his honest feedback about the homes and the area, which was very helpful since we were not able to see the homes ourselves at that time. Once were moved to IL, Joe took us on many, many showings and was very patient with us through our indecisiveness. He truly wanted us to find the right home for our family. Once we had an offer accepted on a house he was always there guiding us through the home buying process; as we found out the home buying process varies somewhat form state to state and Joe's experience and knowledge made the process smooth for us. I also work in a client service related job, I rarely find other professionals that work as hard for their clients as I do: responding to texts, calls and emails timely or late at night and on weekends, researching and answering questions, explaining complex procedures in detail, having a good attitude and showing the client that you care. Joe did all of those things, and I was very impressed with his dedication and work ethic. I highly recommend Joe Ariano as a realtor, he's a great realtor and a great guy. Thanks to Joe we now have our forever home!
