ZillowVERIFIEDJody helped me understand what things would help my home sell and once we listed the house it sold within hours! She helped explain the listing price she recommended with reference material to support her recommendation and also told me realistic expectations of different list prices we had discussed. Professional pictures were taken of the house which turned out great and the description really detailed the pros of the property! She did a great job explaining the incoming offers and helping chose what was best for me. Highly recommend her as your listing agent!

ZillowVERIFIED When I bought the house, years ago, I didn't want to use and Realtor, and met many at open houses. When I met Jody, I immediately knew she was someone I could trust and work with, and she went out of her way to help me buy that home. I recently sold it, and knew I could count on her to sell it for me. I highly recommend her and will use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Jody was highly engaged in the process from start to finish. She asked all the right questions, and was always prompt and thorough when I needed answers. Her attention to detail and speedy responsiveness made all the difference, especially when listing my house after I had already moved out of state. She took all the worry, and turned it into a success!

ZillowVERIFIED She was very professional in all aspects of the listing and the sale of our house. Since we live 1,000 miles from Indy we had to depend on her to handle many tasks that most sellers are able to take care of personally. She took care of getting Termite inspections, Radon inspections, misc. repairs to the home, foundation repairs and many things we didn't know the house needed. Jody went over and above our expectations! we would recommend her to anyone! She is honest and transparent about all aspects of home sales.

ZillowVERIFIED We would not hesitate to recommend Jody Meredith to family and friends. Jody is a true professional, responsive as well as a subject matter expert. Jody sold our home in Fishers, IN in less than one day. Jody guided us through the process and made what at times what appeared confusing , look rather simple and intuitive. Overall all throughout the entire process of preparing to list our home as well as guiding us through negations all the way through closing, Jody made the process enjoyable, efficient and professional. Jody truly deserves a 5 star rating.

ZillowVERIFIED Jody Meredith has proven her skills time and again with my family's needs. Between buying and selling my sister's homes, selling my Mother's estate home, and selling my investment property to another investor, she has been very busy. But "Johnny on the spot" with answers any reasonable time of the day, without making me feel imposing nor foolish. She was recommended to me by word of mouth, and I will return the favor when asked "do you know a good realtor".

ZillowVERIFIED Jody had a very clear. and precise understanding of our area and what our home should list for. We had interest immediately after the listing, and sold the house quickly. Jody facilitated all paperwork efficiently - and hassle-free. This was extremely important to us - to have the selling process be hassle-free. She assisted with all parts of the requested inspection process, and we passed with flying colors! We feel so fortunate to have placed our home in the hands of such a qualified agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Home buying is downright stressful. Jody made everything so easy and I knew that I was getting a great house for my money. She was always sending me new listings and ready to view a house at my convenience. If she wasn't available at the time that she was needed then there was always someone that could show my girlfriend and I a house we wanted to see. She can give you backgrounds on neighborhoods and areas that are better than others so that you don't move into a place that isn't as nice as you'd hoped it would be. If you are looking for someone that will take care of your needs for a home then you've found her!

ZillowVERIFIED From day one listing my house and putting it on the market until it was sold was a breeze. Still in awe on how fast she got it sold and closed. She kept me informed of everything that was going on that only took two months, from listing to closing. Still can't believe how smooth and painless it all was. Thank you, thank you Jody!

ZillowVERIFIED Jody was great. It took a while to sell my house due to the housing market on the east side of Indianapolis, but Jody kept in touch and made suggestions. I was not "forgotten about". When I finally did receive an offer, she gave great advice on the counter-offers (yes, there were multiple counter-offers) Overall, Jody was fantastic & I would highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED From the minute Jody listed my condo the closing I knew I had the best realtor. She gave me the excellent advice I needed to feel comfortable and confident I was making the right decisions. Jody had showings scheduled almost the next day - the offer I wanted just three days after listing - and the closing completed a few weeks later. I could not have hoped for better representation.

ZillowVERIFIED Jody was excellent in representing my wife and my self. We told her what we were looking for and within a couple days found it. Negotiating was handled by her in a most professional way. Her advice was invaluable and allowed us to purchase the new home within budget. During the process, we had some family emergencies occur and Jody was able to step in and with the least amount of disruption, take care of our needs and get the job done on closing on the new home. In addition, Jody helped us to sell our previous home during this same time period. Again, she knows what needs to be done - and does it!!! Our home sold very quickly in my estimation.

ZillowVERIFIED Jody made the process of selling our home very easy. Jody was responsive to any and all questions I had. Her knowledge is what helped me, because this was my first time selling a home and knew nothing about the process. I love her honesty. I had questions that may have been unprofessional, but she was very honest with her answers. The negotiations went very smoothly. All paperwork was done online. This was very helpful because transportation to and from her office would have been very difficult. I would definitely tell others about Jody. Thanks again, Jody.
