First purchase I was living out of state, and she went to homes I liked and took extra photos to send me of what was actually there, not just what was advertised. Second purchase was kind of on a whim (took a chance) but ended up being a whirlwind because she got my current house sold in 6 hours of listing, and me into my new house in 5 weeks. Everyone hearing the story asks who my realtor was as they're amazed at her and prompt actions, smart tactics, and attention to details. Jody is always a step ahead. Two friends have worked with Jody and also been super impressed. She knows the market well (long time resident) and good folks to work with (repairs, movers, mortgage brokers, etc.). But, actually, Jody helped us buy a house and she also helped us list and sell our old house. We were 'picky' buyers as we wanted to buy a house with zero yard---which is difficult to find in this part of Texas. We had been working with Jody for a really long time (more than two years I guess) and looked many different options. Eventually we found our ideal house and moved in. During the long searching period, we were deeply impressed with Jody's professionalism. When we almost gave up, she encouraged us and said we would eventually find what we really wanted. She was right. We completely trusted her and our selling experience was also excellent with her.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently had Jody assist in buying a property in Bryan. She was very knowledgeable about the area and was able give valuable information that made my investment purchase a success. I explained to her what I was looking for and what my price range was. Within a day she presented several properties to view. She was very accommodating in regards to scheduling showings of the properties. At the time of showings, Jody took great interest in helping to evaluate the property. Jody also assisted in negotiating a fair price and took time into going over the figures with me. Within a week we had the inspection, appraisal, and survey completed. I have purchased many properties and would say that this was one of the easiest. With Jody, you are getting an agent that is interested in working with you, not just filling out the paperwork and collecting a fee. When I had questions she would reach out to her other contacts if she did not know. While a lot of agents would just not take the time to find the answers. I plan to buy more property in BCS area and will be using Jody as my agent!!!

What also impressed me greatly was her attention to my daughter (who thought that Jody was the best part of looking for a house).
