Between that point and late September 2016, Jody probably showed me close to 50 homes!! My areas of interest included Beverly Hills (east of Southfield Rd), Royal Oak and Huntington Woods. Jody's responsiveness was outstanding and was impressively flexible with her time. Twice, when she had to travel out of town, she arranged for one of her colleagues to show me houses if one came on the market that I needed to see. Jody also closely monitored listing activity and proactively reached out to me if she saw a brand new listing that fit my criteria. During the above time frame, Jody was of great assistance in helping me make offers on two homes. She carefully explained the competitiveness of the bidding situation in each case and gave helpful recommendations.
