ZillowVERIFIEDSold Our Lot Quickly. Highly professional in their client communications and property marketing approaches. Offered several listing options with varied commission structures. Strong communicators, hard workers, and genuinely nice people. Our lot sold in 1 month for just a bit under our asking price. This was after having marketed it unsuccessfully with 2 other agents for over 1 year. The only criticism I'd offer is this: I felt pressured to accept the first offer that came in, which seemed inappropriate. I understand that ultimately the price I am willing to accept is up to me. In this case, I successfully countered the offer and received $10K more for the lot as a result. So it turned out I was smart not to "just say yes" right away. On the other hand, I know that when a seller counters an offer, it's a risk, and things can go wrong. That's just real estate. I would hire this sales team again.

I was handling the sale on behalf of my mother, who had recently moved out of state into an assisted living facility. I live in another state, so everything had to be done via phone, email, text, and electronic document signature, but it all worked extremely smoothly. Taylor worked tirelessly through every step of the process, from market analysis, guidance on pricing, lining up local contractors (cleaning, painting, etc.), and actively marketing the home. We received a full price offer before the home was even listed in MLS, and Taylor was key in leading final negotiations and coordinating with the title company that handled the closing. What could have otherwise been a difficult and complicated process was instead a truly enjoyable experience.
