My fiance and I bought this home amidst a very busy time and honestly I dont know if we would gone through with buying a house except for the fact that Jody was incredible. She was on top of every detail, communicated exceptionally, found creative ways to help us get a better deal, and above all else was genuinely trustworthy. Usually when I do something like this is study every detail and try to become an expert in it to make sure I get a good deal and dont make any mistakes but I felt so comfortable knowing that Jody had us covered that I was able to forget about trying to become an expert and just put my trust in Jody. When we seen her kindness, knowledge, expertise and willingness to go the extra mile for us even though we werent even her clients we instantly knew that she was the realtor for us!!! She never asked us or pushed it on us we just knew. Throughout the process she was amazing!!! She would answer every text, every call and the millions of questions we had quickly and thoroughly. She was so professional and so personal. You could tell that her goal was to find us the perfect house rather than get a paycheck. She was always so passionate, patient, energetic and would go the extra mile day in and day out to ensure our happiness. She had so many amazing ideas to help increase the value of our selling home and would go above and beyond to help us out even using her own time and money to help us get our house updated. We couldnt have asked for more. When it came to buying a house she was just as amazing!! We got antsy at times and she reassured us to just be patient that the perfect house would come along for our budget at the perfect time and it did. She always was there when we wanted to look at houses and really helped us find that perfect house that she promised we would find!!! Without her I dont know what we would have done. She brought such positive attitude and joy to what can be a stressful time as first time buyers. She delivered though!!! The updates we made were well worth it which allowed us to get more for the home than we expected, and it sold faster than we thought. She even helped us make the necessary changes to our selling house to help the inspection go smoother. She also knows so many quality people for reasonable prices: a handy man, a roofer, an inspector you name it. She also delivered in finding us the PERFECT house for our price range. As she always said she would find us a home and not just a house and she came through!!!! Jody was truly a blessing!!! I recommend her to anyone needing a realtor!!! When I knew what house I wanted after weeks of looking, we needed to act fast because it had just hit the market and was my going to stay there long. She stayed up with me until past 11pm to get the offer written and submitted. And she never made me feel like a hassle or a burden. I got the house and I closed today.
