Jodie is phenomenal!!! My husband and I moved from MA, not really knowing the area. Jodie spent a lot of time and had so much patience with us. She made the this experience absolutely painless. I have known Jodie since high school and as soon as my fiancA(C)e and I made the decision to buy a home she was the first person we called! We knew that with her knowledge and expertise she would be able to find us exactly what we were looking for and although it was a very LONG road it was worth it every step of the way. Jodie helped us get through every obstacle and always had a smile on her face. She knows her stuff and is amazing at what she does. If anyone is in the market for an agent then do not hesitate to contact her ! You will not be disappointed. We will absolutely be referring her to anyone we know who is looking to purchase a home. I am a single mom with twin 6 year olds and Jodie was like a guardian angel when it came to buying our first home. I had no idea what I was doing or how to begin and Jodie took my hand and never let go. Step by step she explained every part of the process and found me and my kids a home that was exactly what we needed and wanted. She listened to everything I I had to say and gave me her honest opinions as a realtor AND a mother which was so important me. She let me know the pros and cons of every choice I had to make and stepped up for me when we had issues with the sellers. She also kept reality in check for me and even though we focused on very small details at times the "big picture" was always in view. I cant decribe in enough words how awesome she is at her job and as a person. She's smart, thoughtful and truly makes you feel like you are the only person in the world buying a home! I will never forget what she has done for me and had an amazing time buying my home which I owe all to her! By the way- it only took 3 months to find and buy the house-BEST REALTOR EVER! Jodie was absolutely wonderful to work with when searching for our perfect home! She was very professional and friendly. We felt comfortable with her right away! She was very patient with us and the countless number of houses we wanted to view. My husband and I were first time home buyers and pretty much wanted to look at EVERYTHING in our price range because we were unsure of what exactly we wanted. Jodie was very knowledgeable and taught us alot that we didn't know about home shopping and repairs that would need to be done. She was very honest and open with us in many situations. We really found comfort in that and trusted her judgement as well. Jodie genuinely cared about us finding our perfect home and not just settling for any house. She was also very optimistic and could even find positive things to point out in every home we viewed. Jodie was just as excited as we were when we found our home. She was very supportive & dedicated throughout the whole process. Jodie really helped make it more enjoyable than we thought it would be. I would recommend Jodie to anyone who needs a good real estate agent. Not only did we have a great real estate agent with Jodie, we also made a good friend. ??

Jodie is an extremely dedicated real estate agent. Not only did she always respond to me in a timely fashion no matter the day or time but she was always sending me updated lists of properties to make sure I didn't miss anything. She was also great at asking the right questions at showings and negotiating with other agents. She is truly the best real estate agent I have ever worked with and I would highly recommend her.
