I am a 3rd generation broker and have over 20 years of real estate experience. My Family has been in real estate for over 45 years, I learned the business from my grandfather and father. My family and I enjoy spending time outdoors, watching sports, going to the beach and volunteering at community , church and veteran/military events. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Buying a home is a significant and exciting decision. I believe it is best to first start by talking with a mortgage professional so you know what amount you qualify for and for what type of loan you qualify for - that way you can look at homes you know you can buy . The price is important but so it the type of loan as it may put restrictions on the home you can purchase . 2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Buying real estate is often an emotional decision, but when selling real estate you need to remove emotion from the equation.You need to think of your house as a marketable commodity. Property. Real estate. Your goal is to get others to see it as their potential home, not yours. If you do not consciously make this decision, you can inadvertently create a situation where it takes longer to sell your property. 3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I believe in working with a wide variety of clients . This is what makes my job enjoyable and challenging . I work with first time home buyers , move up buyers, buyers using Veteran benefits to purchase , FHA buyers , sellers, investors , Probate, short sales, foreclosures , banks , credit unions , reverse mortgages, flipped homes , "as is" sales , trusts and law firms . I am always willing to learn something new and I look forward to adding new clients to this list .

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

Recently I was able to help a couple getting ready to retire sell their long time family home . We went through the home and made suggestions and did some updates to help them get top dollar. We sold their home for the highest price in the area in only 3 days !! they were able to take their proceeds and move to their dream location near the beach ,daughter grandchildren. It was very rewarding to help the sellers maximize the net on their home and live their dream !

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I started in Real Estate very young ( age 14) working for my father and grandfather ( they are real estate brokers and appraisers ) setting up files , taking pictures and finding comparables . When I turned 18 I knew I wanted to be a real estate agent . I have always been interested in real estate and making believe happy . This is the only job I have had and 21 years later I still love it !
