ZillowVERIFIED After several bad experiences with realtors in other cities (due to ineptitude and lack of professionalism), my wife and I were pleasantly surprised and wholly satisfied with the services provided by Zootown Real Estate. In fact, I would go so far as to say that Jodie and Brianna of Zootown restored our faith in the industry. Because of past experiences, we were very thorough in selecting a realtor in Missoula. We sent an introductory email with a trick question of sorts to see which realtors would thoroughly read our correspondence. Of the 6+ area realtors we emailed, Zootown was only one of only two to thoroughly read our message and respond accordingly. We decided to use their services after interviewing both of those realtors and noticing how honest Zootown was in their assessments of our thoughts on neighborhoods to look at. We worked mostly with Brianna, although her and Jodie make such a good team and communicate so well with other that we could call and talk to either without concern. Brianna can be described as professional, organized, and attentive to clients' needs. She is relatively new to the position; however, the more experienced Jodie is able to fully compensate for that slight deficiency because they are such a close team. I wholeheartedly recommend Zootown to any prospective buyers in the area.

We were conducting our search from out of state, and Jodie spent a lot of time answering our questions and listening to our thoughts/requests on the phone. When we found possibilities, she went to check out the houses and took great photos for us, then she walked us through the photos and gave us actual opinions--which we really wanted and were invaluable, especially considering we couldn't go to see every house that intrigued us in person. We just closed on our house thanks to Jodie's efforts after we went to see the house in person--it was just as she had described it (not that we ever doubted her) and perfect for our family. We had called a couple other agency and not a one of them (to this day) returned my call. I found Jodie in the phone book and was intrigued by the fact she was a buyers only agent. I called and she immediately returned my call. I told her of a couple properties we were interested in and the next day we went and looked at them. She worked for us with the same speed and energy the entire time. Jodie always returned our calls right away and answered all our questions and if she didn't know the answer she found it. She went above and beyond the entire time even up to the very last minute when there was a problem at closing. I would recommend Jodie and Zootown RE to anyone. We traveled a long way to look for our new home in Montana, Jodie met us the very next morning and spent the entire weekend driving us from property to property and town to town. We covered many miles over three days and saw multiple properties. Jodie did her homework found our home literally the day before we left and had our offer in hours later.
