Hiring a professional to help you price and market your home properly is the key to success. I often see sellers leaving money on the table when trying to sell their home themselves or when they have hired the wrong agent to represent them. My goal is to get every seller top dollar for their home within their ideal time frame.

I have worked with clients in every stage of life from first time home buyers to empty-nesters to people moving into assisted living facilities. I enjoy helping everyone achieve their real estate goals and dreams.

I recently met some first time buyers at an Open House I was hosting. It was their first day out looking for homes and they did not have an agent yet. By the time we finished talking and they were getting ready to leave, they asked me to be their agent! I was so flattered and humbled! We found their dream home the first time I showed them property and they are now living in that home. The entire experience was very satisfying and I now have new friends for life!

I transistioned into Real Estate after being in the Apartment Industry for a decade. So many people told me I should get into Real Estate and that I would be great at it! So, I finally took a leap of faith and obtained my Real Estate license. It was a GREAT decision because I love the industry so much.
