ZillowVERIFIED Very helpful and knowledgeable in all areas and willing to do whatever it took to get us a home. Even going above and beyond what was asked of her. She texted often during the process asking if we needed anything and has even texted after the process was complete. She even purchased a house warming present for my wife and I.

ZillowVERIFIED This the second time we have used Jodi to purchase a home and once again she went above and beyond for us! Our purchase had some tricky surprises when we got our inspections back but I had zero worry with Jodi taking control of the situation. We closed on time with zero mishaps! We look forward to using her as our listing agent when we get our first house ready to sell!

ZillowVERIFIED She gets stuff done really fast. She was really helpful with asking questions and could answer to the best of her knowledge. It was a new experience for her dealing with a trust account but she did a fantastic job.

ZillowVERIFIED As you may know buying a home can be a very stressful event in a person's life. I recently bought a property to call home and had Jodi as my real estate agent. Jodi kept me at ease during the process of finding and purchasing my home. She was always prompt in communicating with me in answering my questions. I am satisfied with Jodi and will call her again when purchasing another property.

ZillowVERIFIED Amazing woman to work with! She sold our hours less than 24 hours after listing and for a cash offer over asking price! I would recommend her for an easy, friendly real estate experience.

ZillowVERIFIED The reason I give Jodi all five stars is because she really was an amazing realtor. I gave her my price range that I could afford and locations that I was open up to for living. When I went to go meet with her in her office for the first time she had already printed out a couple dozen homes. We went through them very smoothly if I said no on a home she doesn't pressure you into it, the only thing she asks what do you not like about it, so that she doesn't pull another one like it. Jodi will help you set up appointments with banks! (thank goodness because I didn't know the first thing about purchasing a home) If you are like me and didn't know anything she will help you every step of the way! I do recommend Jodi! I already have recommended her to my close friends and also do enjoy her! Thanks again Jodi!

ZillowVERIFIED Jodi simply rocks! I had no idea even what I wanted when I started looking, Jodi had a vast knowledge of the real estate inventory in the area and was able to find a house that is absolutely perfect! Once the house was found she went to bat several times to get me moved in quickly!

ZillowVERIFIED I was moving my business to the North Platte area, and contacted Jodi through a friend in the area. Jodi was the first agent to contact me, and will be my only agent in the future. I had a unique set of needs in a home, and Jodi helped me narrow down the list as well as show me plenty of options. Although my first home purchase has happened late in life, Jodi was there through it all. On top of all the normal challenges that come with the process of locating and negotiating a purchase, Jodi went out of her way to show me around the area, introduced me to key people in my new community, connect me with commercial property agents, and even assist with locating the appropriate utility services for my home in Hershey. I could not have asked for a better buying experience. I didn't just get a great agent, I gained a friend. If you're buying a home in Lincoln County, contact Jodi!

ZillowVERIFIED Jodi is just one of the best Real estate agents I have worked with. We had lots of questions, as we were dealing with buying a foreclosed house. She was there to answer our questions day and night. We even called her a few times after hours to help us with the Ferdie Mac purchase agreement, and addendum. She even accommodated around our schedule. Jodi helped us purchase our very first bank owned property and we are very grateful. She is very knowledgeable, what she didn't know she found out and reported back quickly. I will definitely work with her in the future
