She was honest about when homes were priced above market value and knowledgeable about the home's condition--what would need to be fixed, and what was something not to be concerned about. Her expertise was SO helpful to us as first-time home buyers. Because we hadn't relocated to Cleveland yet, she also helped us process which homes were worth traveling to see. She even visited a home on our behalf and sent us videos of it when we weren't able to make it in-person! When we saw the listing of the home we'd eventually buy, we knew we had to travel from Columbus to see it right away...and Jodi was responsive, excited for us, and affirmed our suspicions that the house was a gem. We were so excited about the house that we were willing to offer an arm and a leg for it. Jodi coached us through the type of offer that would be attractive to the buyers without overdoing it. :) Overall, working with Jodi was a fantastic experience and we recommend her to anyone in Northeast Ohio looking for a realtor!! She really is a very nice realtor!!
