We were living in Europe during the early stages of the search and Jodi always made us feel like her top priority no matter the time of day. There were several times when I would send a message at unusual times and she would respond within minutes. As first-time homebuyers, we werent sure what to expect and what pieces of information were important, and she was always candid and provided her own perspective of each home we toured, whether virtually while overseas or in-person when we returned stateside. We truly appreciated her input and we certainly relied on her knowledge of the local areas. First-time home-buyers can attest that the process can sometimes feel overwhelming and at times stressful, but with Jodi, she always assured us that we would eventually find the perfect home and reminded us not to rush the process (even after looking at 30+ properties)! These qualities are key because it lets the home-buyers know that your realtor is truly invested in their clients as opposed to jumping into something just to secure a deal. In fact, there was a period when we were considering another location out-of-state and Jodi gave us several references and encouraged us to remain selective, a testament to her ability to put her clients first and always acting in their best interest. Ultimately, we found our home in Maryland (after numerous periods where we thought it would never happen) and Jodi remained by our side and provided invaluable insight as we navigated the offer and closing stages. During both, Jodi was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated with the sellers agent, and kept us informed on a daily basis. To say our realtor did her job would be an understatement, she literally went out of her way at every turn to ensure that we found a home that checked all of our boxes and always made us feel comfortable. She was honest, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable and most importantly - compassionate and caring. We cant imagine there is a better realtor in the entire country - we could go on for days about how truly amazing Jodi is as a realtor and more importantly, as a person. We cannot thank her enough for her support, professionalism and expertise in helping us find our dream home!
