Working with Jodi was a breath of fresh air! I was beginning to lose hope on my home search before meeting Jodi... lots of ups and downs, with little support. I was growing frustrated and discouraged, thinking that maybe now was not my time to become a homeowner. Then I found Jodi. She replied to my inquiry for more information within 10 minutes around 9pm on a weeknight. I knew we were off to a good start. I was never left wondering while working with Jodi, as she was always quick to respond. From first being in touch with her, she began recommending listings that werent on MLS, making knowledgeable notes regarding listings I was interested in, and sharing her local knowledge with me,. I was amazed by her support and knowledge of the area! Within a week of being in touch with her, we went to our first showing together. That same night, we submitted an offer and within 12 hours, our offer was accepted!!! Jodi put me in touch with an all star mortgage team and between the two, I was always in good hands. Just one month after the offer was accepted, we closed on our first home!! I know that had I not found Jodi in time, my new home would belong to someone else. I would whole heartedly recommend her to all of my family and friends. It is a long, long time away, but I look forward to working with Jodi again in the future for my next home purchase!
