ZillowVERIFIEDJodi is the best! Jodi was very responsive throughout the home buying process, even with a 6 hour time difference we were able to communicate and work together as a team. Jodi is very knowledgeable and experienced. She answered our questions so that we became educated about the market which helped us to make better decisions. She guided us every step of the way which made us feel comfortable through the process. Jodi had our best interests in mind and was able to find the right fit for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Jodi was absolutely wonderful with the sale of our home. Our home sold in less than 2 days. They took beautiful pictures for the listing. I would highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Jodi on selling my property was an excellent experience and I would recommend her to anyone. I felt I could trust her 100% and her communication skills were awesome! From day 1 she was very responsive and kept me informed all along the way. She even went above and beyond when I was having issues with the property management company. Also, with being out of state during the entire selling process I was a little nervous how things would turn out. Jodi delivered though and all through the process she was consistently my eyes and ears. I definitely recommend her and would work with her again!

ZillowVERIFIED Jodi gave me sound advice on what to list my home for, and this knowledge was, I believe, an important reason that I received an offer 2 days after listing (and closed a month later). There were a number of delays on my end and Jodi kept these in stride. She kept me up to date with updates on the entire process (even on a holiday!) and she always made feel that I was a priority and not just another customer.

ZillowVERIFIED Never worked with anyone so responsive, knowledgeable and easy before in my life. She had things to me when she said she would. Talked me through anything I didn't understand and walked me thru closing. Such a pleasant woman. Would work with her anytime.

ZillowVERIFIED I have had a very good experience with Jodi both helping us buy and sell properties in Indiana from out of state. Jodi responds very promptly to my questions and needs, she is a great negotiator, and knows the area very well. I really like that she uses e-signatures, which expedites the process with us being out of state.I highly recommend Jodi as a true professional.

ZillowVERIFIED I was tired of fixing up a rental property every time a tenant left so I decided to sell it. I didn't do that actual fixing as I'm an out of state owner. I was referred to Jodi. She did a walk through the house and gave me a thorough assessment of options based on what I wanted to put into the home. Then she arranged for the work to be done. Then went back to see that it had been done. All this before we had any agreement in place. She made a recommendation on the listing price and I got a full price minus $1000 within the week. She kept me informed through the whole process, was prompt with replies and very pleasant and professional to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again if needed.
