ZillowVERIFIED Ive come to realize like most companies youre looking to do business with, they pretty much offer the same price, benefits sales pitch, etc... so why did I go with Jodi & Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate. From the moment I met her she came prepared, very knowledgeable and had the patience to answer my many questions. For me, it was a case of being widowed, little experience selling a home, especially when you live in another state. Jodi ALWAYS responded to my many questions in a very quick timely manner and helped me understand the many things to consider when selling a house not to mention the steps to take in negotiating. My advice,..... they all offer the same sales pitch, be smart go with someone with excellent knowledge of the area, impecciable client service and response time and just an overall geniune, nice, caring, and sincere person choose Jodi Chute.

ZillowVERIFIED Jodi was the perfect buyers agent for us. We were not local so had limited time time to view properties. Jodis extensive knowledge of the Maine Lakes Region helped us to focus on properties that met our criteria. We ended up purchasing a wonderful lakefront property. After the sale Jodi organized the inspections and checked that items that needed to be fixed were taken care of. We couldnt have had a smoother home purchase. We highly recommend Jodi as a buyers agent to anyone looking to buy property in the Maine Lakes Region.

She is very knowledgeable about all the complexities of the selling process. Our first sale was a very simple sale. The second sale ended up with a lot of details to work through. Jodi was there every step of the way to keep everything on track. She keeps the lines of communication open and updates for every step along the way. Wonderful experience!

ZillowVERIFIED We were looking for a property within a specific school district that had two separate living spaces or the potential to create it. Jodi was quick to respond with several properties for us to see. One of them was perfect, more than we thought we would find. We made an offer and another offer was made on the same day. Jodi guided us through the process and our final offer was accepted. After that, Jodi was with us 100% of the way, providing us with a list of activities that would take place and keeping us informed every step of the way. We highly recommend Jodi to anyone buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Jodi through her rating on Zillow and she was the best thing about buying a new home. She was incredibly responsive, proactive, and helped me get a great deal on exactly what I was looking for in less than two weeks time. The homebuying process was extremely painful for many other reasons, but Jodi was there every step of the way and I was very thankful to have her expertise. If you need a real estate agent, I highly recommend using Jodi!

ZillowVERIFIED We started looking at a few houses in the Lake Region area in the summer of 2012 using Jodi as our buyers' agent. She put us on her weekly e-mail list of properties, and we looked through them each week for about 9 months. Two properties that interested us came up one week, and we called Jodi to set up appointments to see them. We got in to see them almost immediately, and put an offer in on one of the houses. We were under contract in a couple of days.Throughout the whole process, Jodi was GREAT about answering our endless questions and was usually available by her office phone, cell phone, or e-mail. If she wasn't immediately available, she would get back to us very quickly. She was very patient as we worked through the now super-stringent mortgage process, and her persistence was instrumental in making sure that the process didn't fall apart after our mortgage agent suddenly quit. We never had to ask her to do anything - she was always one-step ahead of everyone else. She recommended several professionals (house inspector, septic inspector, closing agent) and they were all excellent. We couldn't have found better guys on our own.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jodi to anyone looking at buying or selling. She has a very thorough knowledge of the process, the area, and couldn't possibly make it easier for you because she already does it all!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I decided to sell our home back in 2011. We chose Jodi Chute as our Realtor. Jodi was amazing. She answered all of our questions in a timely manor and if she was not sure and had to do some research she got back to us quickly as well. Jodi worked very hard for us to get all the things we wanted in our sale. If we encountered a hurdle she helped us get over it smoothly. When Jodi posted our home on the website she took the time to take great photos and worded our listing perfectly. We were very pleased with the results of our sale! I would recommend Jodi Chute for anyone looking to buy or sell your home!Penny & John Small

ZillowVERIFIED When my wife and I were shopping for our first home, we met many an unmotivated and/or uninspired Realtor. It just so happened that we found Jodi here on Zillow! From the first scheduled showing, to our closing date and beyond, Jodi made it clear that she isn't just your Realtor, she is your partner through the home-buying or selling experience. Her timeliness with correspondence, attention to detail, and unwillingness to settle for anything but complete satisfaction made our experience more than we could have hoped for! She went the extra mile to show us as many regional properties as possible, and ensured that we had all of the information we needed to make an informed home-buying decision. I would highly recommend Jodi Chute to anyone buying or selling a home. You will not be disappointed with her results!

While we haven't found our dream property yet, we are still working with Jodi and hope to do so this spring. I highly recommend Jodi Chute and Anne Plummer & Associates! We also worked with Anne Plummer when Jodi couldn't meet us (we travelled over a holiday weekend to view land) and she is excellent as well. A+++!
