ZillowVERIFIED It took us a year to clean out and refurbish our condo to get it market ready and Jodi Boxer was the only Realtor of the three that provided us with initial Market Analysis who stuck with us through all that time. She gave us a call once a month to see how we were doing, always willing to give advice as needed. She put up with our stresses and anxieties in a difficult market situation without pushing or judging. We had the added difficulty of being nearly two hours away from the property, and she handled several emergency situations for us herself so that we wouldnt have to drive down in often times heavy and dangerous traffic. In spite of several withdrawn offers with rising interest rates, we still managed to clear the amount that we targeted in our first meeting. Professional job from start to finish.

She is an adviser who consults with you on exactly what you are looking for and then brings in her team to execute. In our situation, we wanted to sell the home we lived in for 17 years in North Stamford. 3 years ago, she came and gave us the honest view of the market and what we could get. At that time our home was worth $350,000 less than it was now, so we did not engage her in the sale...however, due to her expertise and attention, we promised her that we would use her when the time was right. Being a man of my word, I called Jodi in January for another opinion. Jodi was honest about home values and helped us to price our home for sale. Not only did we sell our house within 7 days at just above asking price, but Jodi helped us to stage the house and get it in move-in condition for the potential buyers. She even got us help with a contractor who helped us paint and do other minor work. And she recommended a fantastic attorney who was extremely helpful and priced right.
