I live a few states away so it was imperative that I had an agent I could trust to be honest and to get the job done. There were so many things that needed to happen to get this house ready for the sale. Jocelyn used her many connections to get me in touch with painters, cleaners, landscapers, repair people, really anyone who I needed to get the job done. Not only did she get me the contact information, she set up jobs and was available to be at the property to oversee the work. (Remember, I live hours from this property). She was also extremely patient with answering my frequent and possibly excessive questions. Jocelyn was completely honest, transparent, hardworking, and absolutely trustworthy. It almost makes me sad that I don't have another house to sell in her area. I definitely recommend her!

She was persistent but low pressure, very responsive, gave great advice, and hooked us up with several local resources that were very helpful in both getting the sale done, as well as resources we could use when we moved in (oil companies, chimney sweeps, etc.). All her recommendations were top notch. We encountered an issue with our mortgage lender with only 4 weeks to go before closing, and Jocelyn hooked us up with a new mortgage lender she knew, who was able to get everything done, AND at a lower rate! She is very knowledgeable about the Casco/Naples area and suggested homes that matched our wants/needs. We looked at many homes (some multiple times) and she always answered any questions I had quickly. There was no pressure. We really felt like she was in our corner, cheering us on to find the RIGHT home for us, not just any house. She was very responsive by email and phone when answering our questions. She set up an email search for house that were coming on the market and often called me to make sure I saw listings that she thought would be a good fit. Living out of state was initially a concern of ours however Jocelyn made the process run smoothly and attended to all of our needs and requests. She gave us advise to make our home more desirable to buyers without insulting or pushing her opinion. We had been renting our home and she managed to coordinate showings without inconveniencing our renters and they actually complimented her. Not sure how she managed that but with her personality and professionalism it wasn't surprising at all. During our final negotiations Jocelyn NEVER pushed us to accept anything that wasn't in our best interest and advised us of how to negotiate in a professional manner that really worked to finalize the sale. She is very professional but personable at the same time, a true gem. My husband and I have bought and sold approximately 20 homes and this was without question the least stressful and pleasant experience we have ever had. ZillowVERIFIED Jocelyn came recommended to me by a friend, and I can't thank my friends enough! Jocelyn set me up with an automatic delivery of homes that fit some of the criteria I gave her. She then went out of her way to send me unique homes she located or that were not yet on the market. If I had an interest in a home she was quick to respond with more details and available times to view. I was constantly surprised at her timely responses. I was in Colorado for work (two time zones behind), and emailed her at 9:00 P.M., I was shocked when two minutes later she had responded, at ELEVEN at night her time! When I was ready to make an offer on a home that was some what of a settle for me, Jocelyn sent me one last listing she found. She refused to let me settle for something that was less than my perfect home. She delivered. From Colorado, without seeing the home, I made an offer. Based solely on the trust that I had in Jocelyn wanting the absolute best for me, and her knowledge of what I wanted. Once the offer was in Jocelyn was there every step of the way. Issues resulting from the inspection were handled by her or by the team of experts she has developed. When I had issues with my mortgage, Jocelyn had some one available that worked through the issues and got me covered. Every question I had, Jocelyn had an answer, or had someone who had the answer immediately. I was astounded! Her level of care and service are above any I have experienced. She doesn't make you feel like a customer or a client, but someone she cares about helping. She recently sold our current house in Harrison. She has people that work on her team that are also top notch people.. Jocelyn works hard and gets everything done.. Because of this, all that was required of us was to sign the papers.. Selling or buying a house can be very nerve wracking, but Jocelyn makes the whole process easy for the seller or buyer. She is a person that we trust completely and she also instills confidence that the house would get sold in a timely manner.. Jocelyn is just the best real estate person around..
