We cannot say enough good things about Kim and her husband. (Both ar licensed realtors and helped us during our process.) My husband and I relocated from Florida to Delaware and we had no local knowledge, we were not able to travel to see homes in person, this was our first time purchasing a home, and we had a fairly tight budget given the crazy housing market. Kim made the process SO EASY. She would send videos of homes and do descriptive walk throughs, kept us in realistic neighborhoods and budgets, and she explained every document and process step when we placed an offer. We ended up in a perfect starter home for a very good price and couldn?t be more grateful for her help. We will be using Kim again when we are ready to expand. I HIGHLY recommend using her as your realtor!

It was wonderful working with Savannah! She made first time home buying so easy for us! especially while our settlement was during the beginning of Delaware?s shut down, she assured us everything would go as planned. Savannah never hesitated to communicate with us and listened to what we wanted in a house and gave us listings based on everything we wanted.
